Bathroom shower design flaw

Absolutely terrible experience at Radisson. Check-in took forever because they prioritized cabin crew. Awkward, cramped room, no view, and no windows. And for $23 bowl of soup, I expected stars from the kitchen, not leftovers! I almost woudl ve given a good review, but I just couldn’t. Never going back, I'd rather sleep in an airport chair.

The hotel offers high-speed Wi-Fi access, which is convenient.

We faced a frustratingly slow check-in process that took over an hour, with no explanation or apology from staff. On top of that, our family room had an unsafe bunk bed configuration for young children, making it impossible for us to sleep well. The cleanliness was also an issue. one of the linens was stained, and we had to insist on replacements.

More pros than cons, but still…

The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of dishes, making mornings enjoyable! The room was clean and offered a lovely view, ensuring a comfortable stay!

Long check-in wait times were frustrating, especially after a tiring journey. Additionally, the lack of nearby stores made snacks difficult to find.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cute bar area. I remember when the staff helped return my sim cards from my first stay. I recommend checking out the breakfast for a great start to the day. I'm coming back for a weekend.

Convenient stay with great amenities

The location is fantastic, with a direct covered walkway from the airport making it very easy to transit—even during bad weather. I appreciated the chromatherapy lighting in the room, which added a nice touch for relaxation. The breakfast opened at 5 AM, which was incredibly convenient for an early flight. While I enjoyed my stay, the service during dinner could be improved as the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

the family room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and bunk bed for kids. the mini-fridge was missing and it affected our stay.

I had a short layover after exploring the city, and radisson. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was really good with plenty of fresh options. It exceeded my expectations.
